The concept behind 'Nuit Blanche' is to make contemporary art available to everyone by creating events throughout the city from 7 p.m until dawn. It is the perfect opportunity to discover new talents, see some art, have fun and all of this for free! The various events take place in the streets, around train stations, courtyards, parks, and famous monuments. This year, Nuit Blanche will focus on the Buttes Chaumont, the centre of Paris, and the Latin Quarter.
Getting there: The 'Lost Highway' exhibit will be presented along the fast walking ramp of the large Chatelet métro station (connecting multiple lines). Walking along the ramp among the surrounding noise will definitely recreate the impression of the Highway where the pictures were taken, making the exhibit a multi-sensorial experience.
