Are you interested in joining a dynamic and fast growing company? We offer various fun and educational photographic activities to international visitors to Paris. We are looking for a dedicated person with a flexible schedule to assist us with client registrations and otherwise delivering our exceptional online client support.
As our client support person, you will:
- Provide excellent support to clients as the first and principal point of contact;
- Meet our demanding service standards in replying by email to registrations and other inquiries;
- Exercise sound judgment in matching client needs with photographer availability;
- Methodically schedule all activities, correctly identifying dates, times and locations of photo activities;
- Accurately enter all information in our electronic calendar and maintain client electronic files.
We also need you to:
- Be reliable, self-motiviated and able to work with minimum supervision;
- Have an unwavering attention to detail and pride in your work;
- Possess initiative and resourcefulness, and truly understand what this means;
- Demonstrate open-mindedness and cultural sensitivity;
- Possess impeccable written communication skills in English;
- Be experienced, skilled and comfortable using computers, software and the Internet;
- Have a good knowledge of Paris, its geography and activities that appeal to visitors;
- Know a little about photography, although not essential.
Initially working part-time from your own home office as an independent contractor, we hope you will have the interest, capacity and availability to grow with us to possibly one day oversee our Paris activities.
You need your own computer (preferably a Mac, although a PC is ok) and high-speed internet connection in your home office. Working hours are flexible and will fluctuate depending on client demands and your own needs. We need a certain number of hours in the morning, and a few more in the afternoon. There will be an initial scheduled and paid training period, after which compensation is on a per client basis.
